हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार, फाल्गुन माह में पूर्णिमा तिथि को फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा कहा जाता है। फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा का हिंदू धर्म में धार्मिक, सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक महत्व है। इस दिन सूर्योदय से लेकर चंद्रोदय तक उपवास रखा जाता है। धार्मिक मान्यता के अनुसार, फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा का व्रत करने से मनुष्य के कष्ट दूर होते हैं और भगवान विष्णु का आशीर्वाद मिलता है। इस दिन, होली का त्योहार मनाया जाता है।

फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा व्रत और पूजा विधान

प्रत्येक माह की पूर्णिमा पर उपवास और पूजा करने की परंपरा लगभग समान है। हालाँकि इसमें कुछ विशेषताएं भी हैं। फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा पर भगवान कृष्ण की पूजा की जाती है।

1. पूर्णिमा के दिन सुबह पवित्र नदी, सरोवर या कुंड में स्नान करें और संकल्प लें।
2. शाम को सूर्योदय से लेकर भोर और चंद्र दर्शन तक उपवास रखें। रात में चंद्रमा की पूजा की जानी चाहिए।
3. इस दिन भगवान का स्नान, दान और ध्यान करें।
4. नारद पुराण के अनुसार, फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा को लकड़ी और गोबर इकट्ठा करना चाहिए। हवन के बाद, एक लकड़ी को विधिपूर्वक होलिका पर रखना चाहिए और उसमें आग लगाना चाहिए।
5. होलिका की परिक्रमा करते समय प्रसन्नता और उत्सव मनाना चाहिए।

फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा की कहानी

फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा के बारे में एक कथा नारद पुराण में मिलती है। यह कहानी राक्षस हर्यंकिप्पु और उसकी बहन होलिका से संबंधित है। राक्षसी होलिका भगवान विष्णु के भक्त और हर्यकश्यपु के पुत्र प्रह्लाद को जलाने के लिए अग्नि स्नान में बैठी थी, लेकिन भगवान की कृपा से, भक्त प्रह्लाद सुरक्षित थे और होलिका स्वयं आग में भस्म हो गई थी। इस वजह से प्राचीन काल से यह माना जाता है कि फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा के दिन, होलिका की लकड़ी से और गोबर से और होलिका दहन शुभ मुहूर्त में किया जाना चाहिए। होलिका दहन के समय भगवान विष्णु और भक्त प्रह्लाद को याद किया जाना चाहिए।

According to the Hindu calendar, the full moon date in the month of Phalgun is called Phalgun Purnima. Falgun Purnima has religious, social and cultural significance in Hinduism. On this day, fasting is kept from sunrise to moonrise. According to religious belief, fasting of Phalgun Purnima eliminates man's sufferings and is blessed by Lord Vishnu. On this day, the festival of Holi is celebrated.

Phalgun Purnima Vrat and Puja Vidhi

The tradition of fasting and worship on the full moon of each month is almost the same. However there are also some features. Lord Krishna is worshiped on Phalgun Purnima.

1. Take a bath in a holy river, lake or pool in the morning on the full moon day and take a pledge.
2. Keep fast from sunrise to dawn and lunar darshan in the evening. Moon should be worshiped at night.
3. Take bath, charity and meditation of God on this day.
4. According to Narada Purana, Falgun Purnima should collect wood and dung. After the Havan, a wood should be methodically put on the Holika and set on fire.
5. Happiness and celebration should be done while orbiting Holika.

Story of Phalgun Purnima

A story about Falgun Purnima is found in Narada Purana. This story is related to the demon Hariyankashipu and his sister Holika. The demonic Holika was sitting in a fire bath to burn Prahlada, a devotee of Lord Vishnu and the son of Harnyakashipu, but by the grace of the Lord, devotee Prahlada was safe and Holika herself was consumed in the fire. Because of this it is believed since ancient times that on the day of Phalgun Purnima, Holika should be made from wood and dung and Holika Dahan should be done in the auspicious time. At the time of Holika Dahan, Lord Vishnu and devotee Prahlada should be remembered.
