पौष मास में शुक्ल पक्ष की एकादशी को पौष पुत्रदा एकादशी कहा जाता है। इस दिन सुदर्शन चक्रधारी भगवान विष्णु की पूजा की जाती है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि इस व्रत को करने से संतान की प्राप्ति होती है, इसलिए इसे पौष पुण्यदा एकादशी कहा जाता है। महिला वर्ग में इस व्रत का बहुत बड़ा प्रचलन और महत्व है। इस व्रत के प्रभाव से बच्चे भी सुरक्षित रहते हैं।

पौष पुत्रदा एकादशी पूजा विधि

पौष पुत्रदा एकादशी के दिन भगवान विष्णु की विधिपूर्वक पूजा की जाती है। इस व्रत की विधि इस प्रकार है-

1. पौषपुत्र एकादशी के व्रत का पालन करने वाले भक्तों को व्रत से पहले दशमी के दिन एक समय पर सात्विक भोजन लेना चाहिए। व्रत संयमित और ब्रह्मचारी होना चाहिए।

2. सुबह जल्दी उठकर स्नान करने के बाद व्रत रखकर भगवान का ध्यान करें। भगवान नारायण की पूजा गंगा जल, तुलसी दल, तिल, फूल पंचामृत से करनी चाहिए।

3. इस व्रत का पालन करने वालों को बिना पानी के रहना चाहिए। यदि आप व्रत चाहते हैं, तो आप दान के बाद शाम को भोजन कर सकते हैं।

4. व्रत के अगले दिन व्रत के दिन किसी जरूरतमंद व्यक्ति या ब्राह्मण को भोजन कराकर, दान-पुण्य करने का व्रत रखना चाहिए।

● सुबह के समय पति और पत्नी दोनों मिलकर भगवान श्री कृष्ण की पूजा करते हैं

● संतन गोपाल मंत्र का जाप करें

पौराणिक कथा

एक समय भद्रावती शहर में राजा सुकेतु का राज्य था। उनकी पत्नी का नाम शैव्या था। संतान न होने के कारण पति-पत्नी दोनों दुःखी थे। एक दिन राजा और रानी जंगल में गए, राजा के कार्यालय को मंत्री को सौंप दिया। इस समय के दौरान, आत्महत्या करने का विचार उनके दिमाग में आया, लेकिन उसी समय राजा ने महसूस किया कि आत्महत्या से बड़ा कोई पाप नहीं है। अचानक, उन्हें वेदों की आवाज़ सुनाई दी और वे उसी दिशा में बढ़ने लगे। साधुओं के पहुंचने पर, उन्हें पौष पुत्रदा एकादशी का महत्व पता चला। इसके बाद, दोनों पति-पत्नी ने पौष पुत्रदा एकादशी का व्रत किया और इस प्रभाव के कारण उन्हें संतान की प्राप्ति हुई। तभी से पौष पुत्रदा एकादशी का महत्व बढ़ने लगा। जो दंपति संतानहीन हैं, उन्हें श्रद्धा से पौष पुत्राद एकादशी का व्रत करना चाहिए।

Paush Putrada Ekadashi Puja Method

1. The devotees observing the fast of Paush Putrada Ekadashi should take satvik food at a time on the day of Dashami before the fast. The fast should be restrained and celibate.

2. After taking bath early in the morning, meditate on God by taking a vow. Lord Narayan should be worshiped with Ganga water, Tulsi Dal, Til, Phool Panchamrit.

3. Those observing this fast should remain without water. If you want a fast, you can do foliage in the evening after the donation.

4. On Dwadashi the next day of fasting, by giving food to a needy person or a Brahmin, giving fasts to charity should be fasted.
