General Navigation in the Calendar of computer

Tab

Select the next appointment.

Shift + Tab

Select the previous appointment.

F6, Ctrl + Tab

Move among the Calendar, the Task Pad, and the Folder List

Alt + 1, Alt + 9, Alt + 0

Display one to nine days, or view ten days.

Alt + -

Switch to Week view.

Alt + =

Switch to Month view.

←

Go to the previous day.

→

Go to the next day.

Alt + ↑

Go to the same day in the previous week.

Alt + ↓

 Go to the same day in the next week.

Navigating in Date Navigator

Alt + Home

Go to the first day of the current week.

Alt + End

Go to the last day of the current week.

Alt + ↑

Go to the same day in the previous week.

Alt + ↓


Go to the same day in the next week.

Alt + Page Up

Go to the first day of the month.

Alt + Page Down

Go to the last day of the month.

Navigating in Day View

Home

Select the time that begins the work day.

End

Select the time that ends the work day.

Page Up

Go up one screenful.

Page Down

Go down one screenful.

↑

Select the previous block of time.

↓

Select the next block of time.

Shift + ↑

Reduce the selected block of time, or select earlier blocks.

Shift + ↓

Increase the selected block of time, or reduce the existing selection.

Alt + ↓

Move the appointment to the same day in the next week.

Alt + ↑

Move the appointment to the same day in the previous week.

Navigating in Week View

Home

Go to the first day of the week.

End

Go to the last day of the week.

Page Up

Go to the same day of the week five weeks earlier.

Page Down

Go to the same day of the week five weeks later.
