Alt + F1 - Toggle the display of the Navigation pane.

↓, ←, ↑, → Move the selection among the items in the Navigation pane.

+  - Expand the selected group in the Navigation pane on the numeric keypad.

→  - Collapse the selected group in the Navigation pane.

←  - Collapse a group in the message list.

Going to Outlook Categories

Ctrl + 1  - Go to Mail.

Ctrl + Shift + I  - Go to the Inbox.

Ctrl + Shift + 0  - Go to the Outbox.

Ctrl + 2  - Go to Calendar.

Ctrl + 3  -Go to Contact.

Ctrl + 4  - Go to Tasks.

Ctrl + 5  - Go to Notes.

Ctrl + 6  - Go to Folder List.

Ctrl + 7  - Go to Shortcuts.

Ctrl + 8   - Go to Journal.

Ctrl + Y  - Display the Go To Folder dialog box.

Ctrl + G  - Display the Go To Date dialog box.

Ctrl + .- Display the previous item.

Ctrl + ,  - Display the next item.
