राम नवमी

रामनवमी को भगवान राम पुरुषोत्तम के जन्मदिन के उपलक्ष्य में मनाया जाता है, जो भगवान विष्णु के 7 वें अवतार थे। हर साल हिंदू कैलेंडर के अनुसार, चैत्र महीने की नवमी तिथि को श्री राम नवमी के रूप में मनाया जाता है। चैत्र माह की प्रतिपदा से नवमी तक नवरात्रि भी मनाई जाती है। इन दिनों कई लोग उपवास भी करते हैं।

रामनवमी उत्सव

राम नवमी पूजा विधि

रामनवमी पूजा विधि इस प्रकार है:

2. पूजा में तुलसी का पत्ता और कमल का फूल अवश्य होना चाहिए।

पौराणिक मान्यताएं

श्री रामनवमी की कहानी लंकादिराज रावण से शुरू होती है। रावण अपने शासनकाल में बहुत अत्याचार करता था। उनके अत्याचारों से पूरी जनता त्रस्त थी, यहां तक ​​कि देवताओं ने भी, क्योंकि रावण ने ब्रह्मा जी से अमरता का वरदान लिया था। उसके अत्याचारों से तंग आकर, देवता भगवान विष्णु के पास गए और प्रार्थना करने लगे। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, भगवान विष्णु ने राजा दशरथ की पत्नी कौशल्या के गर्भ से रावण को हराने के लिए राम के रूप में जन्म लिया। तब से चैत्र की नवमी तिथि को रामनवमी के रूप में मनाने की परंपरा शुरू हुई। यह भी कहा जाता है कि स्वामी तुलसीदास ने रामचरित मानस की रचना नवमी के दिन शुरू की थी।

Rama Navami worship method

Rama Navami worship method is as follows:

2. Tulsi leaf and lotus flower must be present in worship.
3. After that worship Shree Ram Navami Shodashopchar.
4. Prepare kheer and fruit-root as prasad.
5. After the Puja, the youngest woman of the house should apply tilak on the forehead of all the people.

Mythological beliefs

The story of Sri Ramnavami begins with Lankadhiraj Ravana. Ravana used to torture a lot during his reign. The entire public was plagued by his atrocities, even the gods, because Ravana had taken the boon of immortality from Brahma Ji. Fed up with his atrocities, the gods went to Lord Vishnu and started praying. As a result, Lord Vishnu was born as Rama to defeat Ravana from the womb of Kaushalya, the wife of the glorious King Dasaratha. Since then the tradition of celebrating Chaitra's Navami date as Ramnavami began. It is also said that Swami Tulsidas started the creation of Ramcharit Manas on the day of Navami.
