Jacana- जलमोर

Jacana is found in the height of 200 meters of India. A black necklace is made on their chest. It is yellowish brown and white. They can be seen in 50 to 100 flocks near the lakes full of bushes. It turns out weird sounds from your nose. When they fly, their wings make a different look. Their food ranges from flora to worms and insects. They make their nests in the shrubs with small twigs on the banks of the lakes. But many times they give eggs in the water currents in the water. जलमोर भारत के 200मीटर तक की ऊंचाई वाले हिसो में पाये  जाते हैं . इनकी छाती पर एक काला सा हार बना होता है . यह पीले भूरे और सफ़ेद रंग का होता है . झाड़ियों से भरी झीलों के पास इनको 50 से 100  तक के झुंडो में इनको देखा जा सकता है . यह अपनी नाक से ऐक अजीब सी आवाज़ निकलता है . जब यह उड़ते हैं तो इनके पंख एक अलग ही दृश्या बनाते हैं । इनके भोजन में वनस्पतियों से लेकर कीड़े मकोड़े सब शामील हैं . यह झीलों के किनारे छोटी - 2 टहनियों से झाड़ियों में अपना घोसला बनाते हैं . पर कई बार पानी में तेरती हुई जलकुम्भियों में भी अंडे दे देती हैं . इनके अंडे देने का समय जून से सितम्बर तक होता है . इनके अंडे काँसे जैसे रंग के होते हैं ।
